By downloading, installing, or using the IndiaRoad Map application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Safe Driving and Usage Guidelines

Your safety is paramount. IndiaRoad Map is intended as an informational tool and should not be relied upon exclusively or used in a manner that distracts you from driving.

• Always obey local traffic laws, signs, and signals.
• Do not interact with the application while operating a moving vehicle.
• Road hazard reports and ETA estimates are crowdsourced or algorithmically generated and may not always be completely accurate or up-to-date.

3. User Content and Contributions

When you submit manual road reports, images, or feedback ("User Content"), you grant IndiaRoad Map a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display that content in connection with providing our services. You represent that your submissions are accurate and do not violate any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in IndiaRoad Map, including its underlying technology, UI/UX, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or unlawfully distribute the app.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

IndiaRoad Map is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including traffic accidents or vehicle damage.
