1. Who we are
IndiaRoad Map is made and run by Avinash Verma, an individual developer in India ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Android app, its Android Auto screen and the indiaroadmap.in website ("the service").
By using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Community guidelines. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
2. The service
The service is free and shows ads. It needs internet. We may change or stop features at any time.
3. Your account
Give true information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.
4. Drive safely
- Don't use your phone in a way that distracts you while driving. Set your route before you start, or stop safely first.
- Always obey traffic laws, signs and the police. They come before anything the app says.
- Warnings, routes, speed limits and speed cameras may be missing, late or wrong.
- Don't rely on the service in an emergency.
5. Your reports and content
You are responsible for what you submit. It must be honest and follow the Community guidelines. You let us store, show and share it as part of the service, free and permanently. It stays on the map without your name after you delete your account. We may hide or remove any content.
6. Don't
- Make false reports or post abusive, personal or illegal content.
- Use bots or scrapers, or copy our map or hazard data.
- Attack the service or access other people's accounts.
7. Ads
Ads come from Google AdMob and advertisers, not from us. We don't endorse them.
8. Intellectual property
The app, website, name and logo belong to Avinash Verma or are used under licence. Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account. We may suspend or ban your account, or remove your content, if you break these terms or the law requires it.
10. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it is always available or that any warning, route or speed limit is accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any accident, injury, damage, fine or loss from using the service. Our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
14. Grievances and contact
