Help & FAQ

Does it work offline?
No. Search, routes and warnings need internet.
Why does it need my location?
To show where you are, give directions and warn you about hazards. It uses location only while you use the app.
Why do I have to sign up?
It helps stop fake reports. Other users don't see who reported a hazard.
How much battery does it use?
More than most apps. Use a charger on long drives. During navigation, tap the moon button for battery saver.
Car or Bike?
Each has its own sensitivity settings. Bike routes avoid expressways where two-wheelers aren't allowed.
What does sensitivity do?
Higher sensitivity catches smaller jolts. If you get false detections, lower it. It doesn't change the warnings you get.
Why didn't I get a warning?
- Nobody has reported that hazard yet.
- You were offline, or voice was off.
- The hazard was on another road or the other side.
- GPS was weak.
- A temporary report had expired after 12 hours.
Warnings are a help, not a guarantee. Watch the road.
When will I be warned?
About 10 seconds before a hazard, never closer than 100 m. Speed cameras: about 15 seconds, at least 200 m. See How detection works.
