Delete your IndiaRoad Map account

For the IndiaRoad Map app on Google Play, by developer Avinash Verma.

In the app

1. Open IndiaRoad Map and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password and confirm.

Your account closes straight away. It can't be restored.

Without the app

• Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, subject "Delete my account".
• Or use the contact form with the topic Account deletion.

We may ask you to confirm the account is yours.

What happens

• Straight away: you can't sign in, you are signed out everywhere, live sharing links stop and you leave the leaderboard.
• For 180 days: we keep your personal data, hidden from other users, in case the law requires it.
• After 180 days: we erase it, including your account details, searches, saved places, trips and leaderboard totals.

What stays on the map

Hazards your phone detected, reports you made, speed-limit corrections and places you added stay on the map, without your name. To remove a hazard you reported, delete it in the app before you delete your account.
